We had an appointment for my daughter-in-law to be and we were made very welcome and were offered a selection of hot and cold drinks on arrival. Each of us got to choose dresses for the bride to try and it was all very relaxed and we felt like there was no pressure. We had the ordering/buying/altering options all talked through and every question was answered well. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with the result of two contenders for the dress. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Brides of Dorset.I was really nervous but Tracey made me feel so relaxed. She is so welcoming and kind and really takes the time to listen to you and understand what you’re looking for. I didn’t feel rushed or under pressure at all. You can tell she is really passionate about helping you find the right dress and she went above and beyond to do this. There is such a variety of beautiful dresses to choose from and I ended up finding my wedding dress and I’m so happy I did because I had such an amazing experience I would not have wanted to go anywhere else. I’m so incredibly grateful for the time and effort that went into my appointment!

If you are looking for a prom dress, this is a place to go to. Great choice of styles and Tracey was absolutely amazing! Gave us all the time that we needed, guided my daughter gently and helped her to make final choice. Highly recommend

Went to Brides of Dorset today with my sister to find her wedding dress. This was the first shop we went to for my sister to start her dress search and she was feeling nervous. But when we arrived we were immediately put at ease and Tracy went above and beyond with making the experience one to remember. Personal touches and ways to involve the whole family. Super accommodating and even ended up pulling the dress that turned out to be the favourite of the day! No stress at all. A gorgeous selection of dresses and all very reasonably priced. Had the best day and would highly recommend this shop for brides to be!

I can’t recommend this lovely shop enough, Tracey was so friendly, helpful and thoughtful when helping me choose my wedding dress, she always answered all my questions I had when I messaged her and I felt so at ease knowing she was looking after me and my wedding dress. This evening was my first ever bridal shop appointment. I was super nervous as didn't know what to expect... Tracey is one of the most accommodating people I have ever met. She took her time and made me feel at ease, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend her - just the type of person you need by your side when looking for the most important dress you'll ever buy. Tracey is so lovely and welcoming, and the shop is such a beautiful space! This was the 3rd shop I’ve visited to look at wedding dresses. After a bad experience at a previous shop, I visited Brides of Dorset as I’d seen some good reviews online. I was blown away by how kind Tracey was, and the offer of drinks was such a lovely touch on a warm day! Myself and my bridal party felt so relaxed thanks to you! I am a 16-18 in high street sizes, and Tracey has such an extensive range of dresses in so many sizes that I felt I could try on any style of dress I wanted, even as a ‘plus size’ bride. Thank you so much, Tracey, for your patience and for all of the wonderful small details you thought of to help me find ‘the one’!!

What a fabulous boutique! We had an appointment to try on Prom dresses with my daughter and Tracey could not have been kinder or more helpful. My daughter tried on a large selection of the most beautiful dresses. The quality was excellent and a wide choice of styles and colours. Tracey was absolutely wonderful, she was incredibly welcoming and kind. She made me and my friend feel so comfortable! It really was a fantastic experience trying on wedding dresses at Brides of Dorset, especially as a plus size bride! She has a beautiful collection of dresses and has great understanding of all the styles and was really engaged with talking about what I liked and I felt really listened to! We left the shop laughing and happy and we haven’t stopped talking about how lovely both the store and Tracey were.

Tracey and Brides of Dorset is utterly fabulous. She welcomed me and three family members, plus a newborn baby with open arms and made us all feel super welcome, warm and looked after in her lovely little boutique. It was my first time at a bridal boutique and it was a really lovely experience and it made us feel super relaxed and at ease. Tracey was so generous of spirit and with her time and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything, but instead bent over backwards to try and make sure we were able to find the best dress! Would highly recommended to anyone!

Whilst on my search for my wedding dress, we visited Tracey today and she was absolutely fab - so very helpful and her shop is beautiful; she has created a lovely calming environment to try on an array of dresses and find some that I wouldn’t have necessarily tried on otherwise. She was very supportive of my concerns and talked me through everything reassuring me and took into consideration my likes and dislikes and followed up later on in the day with further suggestions offering to bring alternative dresses in for me to try and my convenience. I would 100% recommend visiting Tracey - I was instantly put at ease (also very helpful being a more curvy girl) and felt confident trying on lots of dresses. I have definitely tried on the best dress so far with her today and look forward to continuing my journey. Thank you Tracey - your a star ⭐️

If you’re a plus size bride please visit Brides of Dorset!! This was my 4th shop I had visited and it was fantastic and had everything I was missing elsewhere. I wasn’t just given the same option in slightly different colours. I got to try on a range of styles, colours and cuts, felt very comfortable, supported and got the experience I wanted shopping for dresses not just treated like an afterthought. The whole experience was great, welcome drinks, stylish looking shop and I felt very comfortable. I was stuck between two options and Tracey gently guided me to help me pick my dream dress and I’m so happy! Thank you so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brides of Dorset. I don’t even know where to start. Tracey made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. My wedding is in June and so time was not on our side. I explained my situation with an open mind and total honesty. We picked some different dresses together to try, being plus size she put me at total ease “be your own kind of beautiful” 🥰 Tracey has sizes from 6 to 36 and every single one is just as gorgeous as the other. Tracey is so very passionate about what she does. Her bridal shop is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t stop saying WOW! And OMG! Honestly just the most incredible lady! I enjoyed my experience and loved my dress that much my fiancé returned the next day and paid for it in full there and then! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! I honestly wish you all the best with not only your business but your dream. I can’t thank you enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn't recommend Tracey and her lovely Bridal Boutique more. Tracey made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we stepped in the door, adding personalised touches and offering drinks. The shop itself is beautifully designed and decorated and you don't feel as if you're in a shop at all. Tracey is very knowledgeable and made finding my dress an easier decision than I expected, offering different ideas to make a dress my own. She also has lots of recommendations for other services which is great. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tracey to anyone. Thank you so much for a fun and relaxing experience!

We went yesterday evening for a dress fitting for my sister . Tracey dealt with us and was more than welcoming. She discussed likes and dislikes with my sister of the dresses and made us feel at home. It was a really nice experience. Tracey was very patient with us even with the sheer amount of dresses we kept getting my sister to keep trying on . All of the dresses are reasonably priced and very pretty. There is also a nice set of designer made to order dresses. The off the peg dresses you could pretty much tweek and change to how exactly you wanted (within reason) as the seamstresses used are amazing .

Tracey was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter today while she was choosing her prom dress. There was wonderful selection of dresses with a wide range of styles and colours. My daughter was stuck choosing between 2 dresses but Tracey gave her the time to try both dresses on a few times encouraging her to sit l/stand/walk in them. Tracey clipped the dresses back to show the fit after alterations and gave her the time she needed to decide with no pressure. The whole process from arranging the appointment through to booking alterations has been easy, thank you Tracey.

Tracey was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter today while she was choosing her prom dress. There was wonderful selection of dresses with a wide range of styles and colours. My daughter was stuck choosing between 2 dresses but Tracey gave her the time to try both dresses on a few times encouraging her to sit l/stand/walk in them. Tracey clipped the dresses back to show the fit after alterations and gave her the time she needed to decide with no pressure. The whole process from arranging the appointment through to booking alterations has been easy, thank you Tracey.

Tracey is friendly, professional and patient. She made us all feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The dresses are amazing, lots of colours, a good range of sizes and prices. Definitely recommend A*.
